Cancellation Policy

If you'd like to cancel an appointment, please do so in advance. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required; the earlier, the better! This helps me keep my schedule intact. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a fee of $40.

This fee compensates my time behind-the-scenes, as well as your appointment reservation held in my schedule (which could have gone to another client).

If you are able to reschedule your appointment within one week of the cancelled appointment, I will waive this fee. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice with the fee information.
